This app getting worse with every update. 3 or 4 updates ago it was great. I don't know who is thinking these updates are better but you should go back to how it was before. Edit: I have been a customer over 10y. The app was much more simplified and easy to use about a year ago when it used to show my bill and everything on the home page and I didn't have to navigate to it. Tbh if my bill increases by 6 or 7 dollars with no explanation again I will be cancelling my service and going elsewhere.

New to Bell last month and I was able to pay my bill but now I can't even pay my bill as the screen on the app is blue and not working. I can't do anything. Called in and paid my bill this month but I keep getting text messages I still need to pay for this month. I left Fido because of problems and I'm at the beginning of new problems with Bell. Not pleased. Seems as though companies are getting crappier more and more. Will be unistalling the app and will try to reinstall .

Don't add services to my without my consent and then make it difficult to remove it. i was unable to do so on the website and this app crashed three times before the option appeared. It's the second time I've had to remove unwanted services added without my consent. Please stop.

The worst mobile service I've ever used in my life! The network is good only in the city, beyond cities the signal is weak and unstable, the app is slow, inconvenient and full of bugs! I can't even imagine what can be worse. 🤮

Bell has been a nightmare to deal with. They keep increasing my bill without notice, add hidden charges, and make it nearly impossible to reach customer service. When you do get through, there’s no clear explanation for the price hikes or details on the bill plan. I’ve had enough of the misleading pricing and constant hassle. I’m switching to Rogers to avoid this mess and steer clear of these fraudsters. Don’t waste your time or money with Bell!

This bill did not reflect the credits again. I had dealt with Bell on this issue 6 times. They had threatened with disruption of services if the bill is not paid in full. As we have had our phone number since 1977, and with Bell reps telling me I don't need to pay the outstanding debt that should have been credited, there better not be a disruption where our phone number is reassigned. The current bill has been paid, but not the credit owed to me.

Bell are scammers. They upped my monthly bill by $80 due to an "error" and hoped I wouldn't notice. Edit: A "team" shouldnt have to review my charges to ensure my bill is accurate. A megacorporation like Bell should be able to bill me the amount we agreed to in the contract without wasting my time on endless phone calls.

Email tells me to my Bell through a hyperlink taking me to this app. App proceeds to enter an endless loop between 2 random pages with now way to stop it except shutting down the app. Not a well made application and the only way to interact with Bell/my bill. If you area has a different ISP, go there and avoid the headache.
