Great app, although recently (for the past 2 days) i've been getting a "no connection to server" issue. This is the first time this has happened, and i'm a bit afraid that if i use the suggested "clear data" option and restart, i'll lose my and s, since i can't create a backup without server connection. I really wish i could force a reconnect to the/a server manually

Seems ok, but would like the functionality in settings to delete messages for both s andf not just myself, telegram can do it. Can't see why it can't be implemented here. Would also like the functionality to create topics in groups. 4/5 until those features are available, in the mean time it's a very promising app. Keep up the good work!

Not for me. Get a peer-to-peer text app that also s encryption for real privacy. Stop relying on Firebase in any way, else it aint really private anyways. Slightly less private but more convinient: Whatsapp+WhatsSecret. Or Telegram (with built in encryption enabled of course) + Oversec. Or start using encrypted SMS clients. I'm not a fan of any Swisscows stuff in general. I sadly don't have the space to tell you what i dislike so much about Teleguard, in here on Play.

I originally installed this app as a temporary thing because session was a hot mess. Session still is a mess (months later), and I've stayed with Teleguard. It's a good app! My only problem is ing videos sent takes a super long time. Good little app otherwise!

It's interesting to see that an edit feature has been provided for sent messages - the rating has been increased by a star. What's still missing is text formatting to bold and italics.

Have to say it's really weird how I cannot any pics that get sent to me on the app, videos don't play and are stuck as images. All these updates still haven't fixed this issue. Down to a 2 star review.
