This browser is brutally good. Excellent at its best. It's fast, -friendly, and prioritizes my privacy with built-in ad blocking and tracking protection. I appreciate the clean interface and smooth browsing experience. I also love the automatic background changing, and the block elements feature. I will only delete this review when I found a browser better than brave. If you see this review, I'm still using Brave.

A recent update removed not only the hidden ability to view source (add view-source: in front of the URL), a minor annoyance, but took away the ability to edit what's in the address bar, which is extremely frustrating. Maybe the Chromium source did this, but even if it did, the Brave people need to add it back. Come on guys, nobody asked for this, and if they did, it could (should) be toggleable in settings.

Searching for images sucks. For some reason I never get anything I look up even when I'm really specific. I don't have this issue with Chrome. Besides that, it works well for going on sites with a lot of ads and generally has been fine, but I look for images a lot for drawing and it gets pretty annoying. This is pretty much my only issue as otherwise it's good. Going online without an ad blocker sucks and I haven't had any issues with sketchy websites since using Brave.

What is with the site address text disappearing when I click on the address bar after this new update? It used to just highlight it but not completely remove it. How in the world do I get it to reappear if I want to edit it? At least make these changes option or have the ability to turn them off. I understand some people might prefer not having to go another step, but it used to just have it highlighted and then would delete as soon as you started typing. That was so much better. Bring it back.

This browser is fast and stable, not to mention that it's far more flexible than the browser I moved from (Opera GX Mobile); I love the ability to reorder tabs to suit my preferred layout. And on that topic, it also includes a wonderful UI for foldable phones, mimicking desktop Brave almost to a letter, which is a fantastic use of the expanded screen real estate. Privacy is also great! The built-in ad and script blocker is wonderfully handy. Customization is sadly lacking, but that's no big deal

it works really well at stopping sites from redirecting you when you try to press a button. 👍 I'd say it works how it should. It really is a clean experience. It's not google, so it doesn't have the same level of team behind in case it feels slightly off, but, hey, it's not google. You can browse without risk. I use this browser more often.

it's gotten better as time goes on, but the UI is slow at times. at least yt on brave has no ads for me to wanna punch the screen over. so there's a plus that, as a content creator, I like. I have difficulty trying to configure using & streaming yt or twitch using brave bc it blocks sound fsr. Update: loading up brave has become an ordeal. It just closes out after trying to boot up. And it gobbles data more than Google does. Immediate 1/5, it's not worth it. I feel like uninstalling the app…

big no no no on lastest update. I can share content but sometimes I want to copy URL directly from address bar. on lastest update pressing address bar will automatically clear content. sometimes you need the source, instead of a copy-by-share of the content. in previous version you would have to press on a (x) circle to clear the whole bar; I know... an extra step.
