This app is barely useful the way it currently operates for me. When sorting results it avoids sorting anything with an orange tag in the listing's photo upper corner. So I try to sort, but I just end up with 20 entries at the top of the list that will not sort. Those entries do match my filter, but since the sort function does not work on them I have to manually sort through them. This makes the sort feature almost useless. It does correctly sort the house that do not have the orange tag.

I really liked the app when I first started using it. My realtor is very slow at times and I'm able to see listings and send them to her instead of waiting around. That being said, I noticed in the last week or so, I'm no longer able to see details about the property, only seller notes. So now I have to wait around rely on my realtor to send me basic information, wasting both of our time.

It's okay. The app can be a little clunky and hard to navigate. I'm a little miffed that there's a renter profile, but not a buyer profile - all of my saved searches and saved homes are for homes or lots with more than 10 acres, so clearly I'm looking for acreage. And yet the vast majority of the "recommended homes" are houses on less than an acre of land, right in the center of town. Even after hiding DOZENS of these recommendations, I still get notifications for other similar properties. Ugh!

I tried to sign up, but it doesn’t allow me to copy and paste my email, which is frustrating. I find this unnecessary and inconvenient. Additionally, I don’t want to link my Facebook or Google just to sign up. While many companies push for this integration, I prefer to have control over my own and privacy. It would be great if there were a more flexible option."

God awful filters. There's no way to filter out "estimates", there's always going to be auctions regardless of if you do filter them, no way to filter trailer parks or condos with monthly payments, land/lots are listed under "studio bedroom" which is a lie. Some properties are straight up misadvertising, zillow clearly doesn't check anything and just allows anyone to post anything. It's truly assanine how unruly and not helpful Zillow really is.

It's like a Hardee's. The menu looks great but the personnel and service are hit and miss. The agents hardly respond and I've had to go through 2 already because I'm looking for smarter homes and there's no money in it for them. I would recommend a different platform.

This was a 5⭐ app until the latest update. While "fixing bugs," the update created a new bug. Emailed links to properties open the app as intended but no longer direct you to the home or property in the emailed link. And, since you cannot copy the address from the email, you must now type the address in the seach bar. This was a huge loss of convenience.

Not sure what you guys did with the latest update but it's extremely hard to utilize the map now. I type in a state and it automatically adds a city (that I've never heard of). I draw on the map and zoom in and absolutely no listing's appear. You know, there's an old saying that goes, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!". If I can't navigate the map then I may as well uninstall the app at this point🤨
