It seems to be fairly easy to use, and I can see how it could help save the housing rental company that uses it ,a lot of money. But to have tenants forced into using this "Resident Center" as the absolute only means in which for them to pay their rent by, is just wrong; asspecially for those few who are not smart devise savvy. So it looks to me that at the beginning of the new year, beginning on January 1st, those tenants who are not able to pay their rent on line, will be evicted. Not cool !

I've used this app for a year, since moving into my place. Easy to use. Easy to understand. Pay rent in seconds!! Being disabled, this is an absolute lifesaver so I don't have to go out and get stressed out trying to pay rent. lol. Love the app! only suggestion I'd give, is to be able to delete and or close out maintenance requests or other requests once they're settled.

It was great until about a month and a half ago!! It claims I have a negative balance but I don't and it doesn't update. It's very confusing!!! Makes things so much more difficult. Loved it before then. I have to go to the website to see my accurate balance which very much defeats the purpose of having an app!!!!

For the most part, it is a simple app and I have no issues. I have a few complaints. First I used to be able to see my history, now I can only see last 3 charges so unable to view my last payments. I would also like to be able to pick the amt of the last payment made so I don't have to figure it out each time before the property management company puts in the charges. Third, I can't find anywhere to talk to customer service or provide .

Horrible to pay the second because there isnt an option to get to the second. I tried to use the button to get assistance and instantly got this response. "We're sorry, but this is an unmonitored phone number. Text HELP to view helpful resources or STOP to opt out." They are unprofessional and even when they mess up and you have paid movers waiting for access they do not answer phones or show up. Shameful.

I did like this app, I've been using for probably a year to pay my rent but for the first time ever it won't allow me to make a payment saying I exceeded my online payments. I wasn't aware you're only allowed so many times to make payments online, that doesn't make any sense when this is where you're supposed to make your rent payments. Now I'm late got a late fee and still can't pay.

I absolutely love this app! I can pay my rent in just a few seconds with either my bank routing and number or a debit or credit card. They charge a fee to use a debit or credit but that's because of the convenience of making a payment immediately! The bank info you use to make your payments is only a 50 cent fee! I love this! And I love using apps for everything, it makes life so simple! Thank you so much Resident Center!

Worst service fee ever.... they charge a 2.95% service fee for credit cards and thats the only option for payment. This might not sound like much but when you are paying rent every month that fee comes out to $50-$60 every month. This is outrageous, the highest service fee I have ever seen was $4 before this.... talk about money hungry, won't be paying via this app ever again.
