Just moved and trying to update my new mailing address and the chat assistant keeps telling me how to change email address. My profile won't load so I can't get to the Security screen it references. I requested the phone number for customer service and after rewording it 3 times!! It finally provided the number. Somehow it thought I wanted to cancel something and gave a lengthy explanation. I've been a customer for a very long time, this has been very frustrating & incredibly inconvenient.

We have air, streaming, and cell phones. It would be so much easier to change within the app from one to the other. It gets very confusing with all of the s, codes, and names, and it seems like we can never get in with the written down s we have. One name and one and the switch between s after you get into the app would be very helpful.

THE WORST APP IN EXISTENCE. Sometimes, I can't pay or check my bill. And when I can, it takes longer than dial-up to load the information on the screen. Also, the coverage is terrible compared to Verizon and T-Mobile... T-MOBILE, that's saying something. I hope to God someone else takes oversight of this app and fixes everything wrong with it.

What a horrible app. One of the worst apps I have ever had to interact with. If I need to get into s or switch to profiles, I have to close out the app, reopen it, re to it and it's not letting me use my email. I have to use my work email becuase I have Direct TV. If I try connect the two, I get kicked out of the app and get a communication error. Aweful

I have problems g into my with this app. It's a constant issue. I miss payments because I can only sign in on my desktop. I'm not always near it. If it's not the app, it's my internet telling me not connected, but my phone can be used to go online to other apps. I'm getting tired of these issues every month. Supposedly when they came out to fix the problem, it was solved. NOT!

This is a clunky app that seems to experience difficulty with something every time I . I have never been able to connect with customer through the app. Never. I don't have time to stop by a store for simple questions, nor do I plan to wait on hold. Update to my review: I now can no longer make payments thru the app. When I , as soon as my page loads it kicks me out to sign in again. This has been going on for months now. When my phone is paid off, I'll change provider

ATT is the absolute worst! You can no longer get any help with email issue. I have folders I've created to save important emails. I recently put two important documents in a folder and checked to see if it was there - nothing shows 2022 was the last email added to folder. So now I'm missing my docu! Can't use app with the only device I have S22 ultra - the keyboard is in the way of typing. This is an APP issue since it's Google keyboard. Way to go ATT!

It's a joke. Worked good up until 3 months ago. Paid my bill on the app for over 3 years every month. Now when i try to to my business to pay my bill it logs in for 2 seconds and kicks you back out. Yes, it's updated, tried uninstall/ install, still nothing. Verizon at least takes my money when I try to pay them. Time to switch back after 20+ years of AT&T I guess
