The taxis, service and drivers are wonderful. The 2 star rating is for the app. It's asinine that you can't cancel an order after its been confirmed in the app. I waited nearly 20 minutes for a taxi and it said I had to call customer service to cancel, which I did but was just put on hold, so I decided to bear it and just wait for the taxi. The ride was great but your app and availability needs a lot of work.

Apparently the app doesn't cancelling rides. After a while of searching it couldn't find a driver so I clicked the little X to cancel the search. Well after ordering another taxi using a different service, a driver calls me angrily and insisting that I ordered the taxi. After checking I found out that even though the app "cancels" the ride, it starts it again if the app is not killed. If its just off-screen (closed but still running) it reorders the taxi every time.

Unable to select electric car type and get a confirmed ride on that type of vehicle. Even when pre-ordered on the phone, Kovanen fails to deliver an electric car and offered a Diesel van instead.
