Overall, the app was fairly useful. But I have two major problems with it. When booking a lightning lane while I had multi, it showed a "next available time" - however, I had no option to book it out further ahead of time, despite the implication that there were multiple times I could book it at. And when trying to order food, the View Menu screen didn't have an option to filter by what's currently available. The only way to find that out was to start a new order. Functional, but not great.

I took away 2 stars because it continues to freeze, requiring multiple sign out, sign in, uninstall, and reinstall. Can't do anything without this app at the park, making it very frustrating. I love that I can request DAS return time and do Mobil order, but if the app is frozen, I can do nothing. I NEVER USE WIFI I ALWAYS USE MY DATA

This app is incredibly hard to understand. The lightning lane thing is completely awful. It makes no sense. I watched so many people get super frustrated trying to understand it. The "next arrival" thing when trying to order food makes things confusing. I felt like such an idiot having to Google basically everything before I could understand how to use this app. The only good thing about it is it shows pretty accurate wait times. I'm seriously pissed about the lightning lane, a waste of money.

Works OK, but way to hard to get to the stuff you use all the time at the park. E.g. map doesn't pre so you can use it while data isn't connected in a queue. Lightning lane and other stuff (tickets and My Day) buried two levels deep instead of right where you need them when you are doing things all day long.

Update 2024: Finally got to go again after six LOOONG years! Once you're / reservation is loaded, it is a breeze to get in, and to get on the tram! Loved how this showed us wait times which helped us determine which rides to go to. The ability to order food online as well was a huge plus. However, a couple times/locations, standing in line was faster. Can't wait to go again!! Really helped to plan our days at Disney and Cal Adv. Loved how it helped us find all the coin makers, too!

Doesn't give nutrition information or ingredients. Confusing Multi experience. Search is poor. Clicking through map doesn't always open ride information. Virtual Queue is confusing. Pressing Back will sometimes close the app and other times load correctly. Additional details and will require an additional charge.

Ticket management is terrible. I bought tickets for a group of friends but transferring or reasg the tickets seems to be impossible. Even if they all create Disney s. To make things worse, there seem to be different features and instructions depending on whether you are using the Disneyland or DisneyWorld apps.

I should not have to install land vs world apps. You pay extra for speed yetyou still have to do extra work, the app should know this and offer to sign you up for a time. The map should have a center function, I'm color blind and I don't see the dot. It should put me center when I hit a center button. The map should guide me where to go, point a to point b. I only go to Disney every 10 years. So I have been lost these 2 days. Not fun Horrible app to find anything, search sucks. Frustrat
