I always got , I mean like within minutes. The app is very inconvenient especially when you need to reserved before entering. I tried to add guest and somehow my app is only allowed to add up to 2 guests, even if I tried to add guest number 3 when I reopen the app, it will only show 2. And if I am entering with my kids I can only book of them which makes it impossible to book all 3 of us and ultimately delaying at the entrance and also leads to a delay for everyone who are behind us.

If your computer geeks & marketing guys are now on the sly creating sign ups but no one uses the app.. Make a better more friendly app that solves customers problems. Keep their experience magical.. Not a standard crappy app. First thing.. I have to all the kiddies I'm trucking along?? At the entry gate with them jumping and screaming?? Screw your lawyers and 100 pages of disclaimers and EULA Popup a window for easy registration. Crazy Lobotomised app interface design team.

It couldn't be better. I've used the Hong Kong Disneyland app for several months and found that I really do enjoy using this app. It's got everything I need under my finger tips. Don't just rely on my words. Try the Hong Kong Disneyland app yourself. You won't be disappointed.

I need a paper map for my children, and the app created this problem instead of being added. Secondly it doesn't provide info where to take shots with characters. Thurdly tye length of lanes was much more than what the app says, just the plastic signs were accurate

Hopeless. Book hotel through app and doesn't show reservation on app. End up not getting discount with purchases in the park. Not the best of experience.

Good app, l would like to be able to view the attractions in the main map. Not very practical to be coming back and forth.

It's terribly organized it's slow and it won't take your payment I've tried 10 different payments and everything just keeps saying error error error

Map is klunky, with lag. Pdf menus are a mistake, pulls you out of the app and the return is not graceful.
