Connecting to the Internet in the parks: Without a strong Internet signal, wait times, park hours & schedules may not update accurately. You can see if your device is connected properly by checking under Settings.
Note: Some features in this app will require your full name, country, birthdate & email address, as well as access to your location data. If Bluetooth is enabled on your device, this app will also collect your precise location information through beacon technology in order to improve your in-park experience, such as wait times. To facilitate the process, the app will also require access to your email address, stored within Manager.
This app may request access to your camera to capture media & scan barcodes. Some Disney Photo Lenses may use information on your device to detect face & hand coordinates. The app may request access to your external storage to cache certain data for offline browsing.
Optional planning tools may also ask you to provide details about your travel party. App is very easy to navigate and use. However, when using the directions feature, it can be difficult to tell if you're still going the right way as your location does not update live, and you are locked into a single position on the map and it only moves when your blip moves. Having the location update while you move and being able to move freely around the map would make ease of use much better.

I got the bands all set. While pairing my band with my Bluetooth and setting it up I played with the options a bit. Not wanting to mess with my families I left theirs at the default settings. going back to tinker with mine some more I couldn't get the band to repair with my Bluetooth to look through the options and see all of what was available or to make any new changes.

Dumpster Fire. One star is generous... App constantly locks up and needs to be closed and reloaded to do the simplest things like view the daily schedule for you trip or show your location in the park. Very laggy and battery intensive. Navigation is a mess. Constantly forgets what you were previously looking at. Constant ads for things I do not want. We've already paid to be here, can I get a toggle when I open the app that lets me turn this off please? Embarrassingly bad.

It's a very finicky system. Having multiple people in a single party use the app did not work for us. Only one was able to see "our day" to try setting up a schedule. The rest got an error when scanning our tickets, even if they already had a magicband that could open their separate room. I'm only giving it two stars because it can let you see the tip board's wait times, a map, and the menus at places to eat even with it refusing to accept anyone except who it considered the head of our party.

Extremely buggy, asks to use your location for literally everything but can't plan the lightning according to your location, instead, it tries to plan your next attraction across the park to make you then walk back across the park again where you were just at. Disney genuinely needs to sort itself out better, it's ridiculous having people walk back and forward. This app needs to be seamless, you have people traveling from all across the world, taking days off of work, bring their families.

awful. we saved hard to get to Disney. once we got there we ended up spending over an hour on our cell phones trying to figure out how to get out tickets connected to our app and how to for rides. the app won't let me add my husbands ticket you . the app required four digit year on the credit card info and ended up taking my husband an extra minute to figure out so it times out after four minutes and now we don't have the same lighting times. I wish I could just enjoy Disney.

Horrible! I repeatedly tried to reserve entrance to a theme park as an annual holder. Never went through. Called , that's negative stars! Endless loop, had to call three times before a very brief interaction with an agent. Now have been on hold for over 30 minutes!! Forget it Disney, I won't be renewing my or going to Disney ever again!

App does not work well with android phones. Had the same issue another poster had trying to add a card for payment for the lightning lane es, could not click continue to finalize and had to use my wife's iPhone to actually do so and pay. Also, once we had chosen our top attractions, was not able to pin them to the top, as should have been able to. Overall, the app is very frustrating and disappointing. I also agree that the new lightning lane itself is overly complicated and convoluted.
