Horribly confusing application process, involving two emails. One, that you don't need, goes into your 'Focused' inbox. The other one goes into 'Other'. Screenshots and instructions don't match up with the actual process. By contrast, it took no more than a couple of minutes to my pension eligibility on gov.uk - it isn't as though buying a railcard should be intrinsically harder to do than that, but it sure is.

Basic app, shows my digital railcard for scanning, which means it does "what it says on the tin". However, I positively HATE that the app insists on turning both brightness & contrast of my screen up to full for the duration of viewing, regardless of my wishes or the settings of my device - finding out that it does this involved it triggering a vicious migraine as a result of the suddenness of the change, as I normally keep both very low, for that exact reason!

Really nice. I ordered a digital rail card yesterday evening. Because I wanted to book two journays for today and tomorrow. But after I couldn't find the app yesterday and till today evening not in the playstore. I asked my friends to check it. The couldn't find it neither. I called the service hotline. But they said i must be wrong. Really disgusting. The app was for at least 20 hours not available in the playstore without a notice of that and your team lied to me. I am really upset.

could improve the experience with more thought. As an IT contractor and software designer I keep all systems fully up to date. The essence of any product is for any to clearly, simply and quickly master the product. Otherwise, the value is reduced exponentially through word of mouth. There seems a need for robust broad spectrum testing here. Great ideas often fail through thorough front end mastery. Developers are easy to get hold of, quality final testers with vision are not.

POOR upgrade. Locked out. reset email never arrives when using a 2nd device running Android 9.0. Tried MANY times. MANY elderly people use this APP. How are they expected to fix this? Please SHOW MORE CONSIDERATION! You need to check this and also for adding a 2nd device. I managed only to send a reset for 2nd device ONLY when opening the original device APP (Android 13) Also, WHY does the expiry not show in the APP?

went through the process of purchasing a Railcard 6 times because every stage is filled with errors that means you have restart the process each time. No way to other than submitting a ticket and then they will get back to you in 10 days. if they're going to reply to a bad review with the phone number, they should also adjust their site to have it clearly visible when you go to their help section but I can't see that has happened

Absolutely shite process of buying a rail card. Takes 10 minutes apparently, but the reality is that it took me 30 just to go through the various hoops involved. And then when apparently successful the claimed 10 minutes required to apply the code didn't actually give me a code, so had go try for a 2nd code. At least the picture function worked unlike the last card where the displayed pic was a nihilistic space of nothingness. Doesn't deserve even 1 star.

Awful. My photo keeps disappearing...so, when the ticket inspector asks to view the card, I never know if my picture will show. when it doesn't I then have to try and convince the inspector that I have a valid card. It's ridiculous, stressful, and needs sorting.
