Worst ever cab provider I have seen so far. Not worth even a single star. I booked through app and the booking was not in the system when I called customer care. He booked it again for me. Two hours before the pickup time my cab was cancelled by them citing no cab available. The person was not helpful at all. Kind of rude behavior to the customer. I had to find Stockholm taxi service and they fixed everything in a minute. Please do not use CAB ONLINE or TAXI KURIR. They are the same.

Good app with option of instant or advanced booking. Also has option to add the booking to the calendar if you want to save it for reminder. Only problem is the trip history has some bug it always how's connection to the server failed. Please fix this.

You only find out the arrival time of the car after confirming the order. If the wait is too long (it very often is) you have to go through a very cumbersome cancellation over the phone!

Never there on time, start working only if I call customer service and even then it takes time for them to understand their own system. What is the point of pre-ordering if I still have to call them to get the taxi? Fix your system or give it up!
