Latest update drops all favorites the moment you exit the app, so that all notifications about deviation (which are constantly MANY to keep track of) stop. I'm logged in and it re my ticket and green travel activities, so why not this which is just as crucial as the ticket itself?

Frequently late because of waiting for another train to . How can things running on schedules just not be on schedule? Edit: So update and anticipate times better on the app. If the trains are frequently delayed put a little warning. Honestly if the "on time" statistics are going to be bad anyway, why not proactively warn customers? We dont care about targets and sales as much as we like knowing what to expect.

Really confusing. I am going from Oslo Sandefjord Airport to Oslo airport. I looked at the connections and it showed me to take the bus and then the train. Now I am at the bus departure point and I see that there are trains going straight from this airport to the other. So I am doing a change for no reason.

I bought my ticket online, because your app declined my card. Then when I have my reservation I want to add my ticket in my app to have it easy accessible on my phone but the ticket only specifies my reservation/booking number and your app asks me for a reference number and it doesn't let me add my ticket with my bookingnumber. How stupid is that? There is no reference number written anywhere on my reservation. How stupid!!!

Terrible app, I was unable to buy a student ticket for my 16 year old sister. The app raised an error stating there is a technical issue. The problem was that you cannot buy a student ticket for a person younger than 18 years old.

Dont put freaking "bot verifications" in my face every second! I need to check our route and my ticket and it keeps spamming me those stupid puzzles, I dont, have, time, for, them. Get rid of them or put a limit to how many can pop up

Vy is an awful company that rarely runs on time, takes a month + to respond to requests and they will fine you if they get half a chance. Take any other form of transport if you can.

1. Mixes up pricing for fully flexible and partly flexible - fully flexible 1200NOK, changeable but not refundable 1800NOK, not flexible at all 1100NOK. 2. Time entered for searching a train departure is recognized as Australian time (where I am located) and then adjusted to Norwegian time - depart at 11:00am is reset to 00:30am!! 3. When trying to progress a booking gets stuck just giving travel details even when not tapping that link! 4. Just can't trust pretty much anything.
