App regularly breaks on a weekly basis, with no live tracking and even better still, no time tables. Buses don't always turn up and funny enough the app stops working then 🙄 Well timed, especially in the mornings. This app, or should I say company, needs a lot of work putting into it to even break a two. Update: Live tracking now works and the app is way more stable and looks better to the eye. Just got to fix the bus times and it's golden.

1) The old app was just able, in a very limited way. This one is utterly useless. Uninstalling. Use Traveline's app instead. 2) It's now November 2024, 3 1/2 years since I wrote that disparaging review and I thought I'd give it another chance. I looked for my local bus's route, which changed over a year ago, or at least it has in reality, but not in the app. So it's still useless!

Average app. It can be good for tracking buses but not always accurate. When tracking a bus to a particular stop, the app appears to 'time out'. It will show a bus is stationary at a stop for several minutes, when in fact that bus is several stops ahead. The app needs to be closed and re-opened for it to show this. This has resulted in me missing plenty of buses.

It's not easy to change stops on the map once you've chosen a stop. It's also quite confusing with the eastbound etc and the com is very small. There might be a better way to do it. It would also be good if you could search for a bus and be given it's stops along the route. A lot of work I imagine but it would really help in city centres where there are a lot of stops.

Quite useful when you are waiting on a bus and you can see where it is. Trouble is that when there is no bus nearby (even though one is due on the timetable) it is really unclear whether it is an app problem with tracking a bus that is still on route or if the bus has been withdrawn. It would be useful to be notified of buses that are definitely not coming rather than being kept waiting in the hope it's just the app that is wrong.

Horrible new UI, I don't understand why they changed the UI so dramatically. Clicking a bus stop and not just providing a list of buses is insane. I am usually after one bus so I do not need to know the location of all departing buses. The old UI did look dated but it was very practical. I think the map should be optional to see where the one bus you're interested in is shown. I found it simpler to open the app and be presented with saved stops. Now it's a map and two clicks away to see depart.

When loading departure times and routes to stops with particularly larger numbers of routes, the application will crash, before closing itself. I think that from an easier UI standpoint, the search bar should be universal, instead of switching between categories (Locations, Stops, Busses) if I type C1 it should show me the bus route and stops, rather than saying there's no results (For locations).

Does it make sense for the bus to say that it's due when it's not actually coming? Multiple times, the bus app has DELAYED me and stressed me out. It's supposed to be a helpful app, but it's currently the opposite . If the bus isn't coming, make sure it says cancelled. I've complained previously, and I have yet to see changes. Please improve the quality of your app.
