I write this in hopes the company see and make improvements - this app is terrible. It doesn't have basic functionality compatible with how phones are used e.g. if you press back instead of taking you to modify your search it just exits the app and forces you to start again. Also there is no filtering e.g. if I need an estate car I have to click every individual car to find out what it is. If you see a car is only available some of the time you search there is no easy way to book that time.

Not clear at all how much a journey between cities would cost. Seems geared up for short local journeys, but without fully g up for £25, it's not possible to get full access to the app to see what's what. Cheaper for me to hire from Enterprise or similar and less confusing.

Recently the app has started closing whenever I try to amend an in progress booking. Also it's really frustrating that when you press the back button on your phone it exits the app rather than going to previous menu meaning you have to start the booking process over. Makes it well fiddly when you're choosing between a few different cars. Generally the app works fine though and the vehicles, service and car club concept is excellent.

The app works well, but it could be improved by enabling you to see all the time bookings for a particular car, so it is easier to find a free slot. A section with guidance on using the car would also be helpful, such as where to find the fuel card and things, rather than relying on memory or the booklet provided initially.

App is decent, although it has some annoying features (e.g. clicking on "back" exits the app altogether). The overall service is terrible. You have to book cars days or even weeks in advance, so forget spontaneous 'I need to go to the supermarket now' trips. Customer service is nice, but they can barely be reached and if they do, they reply at 3am, so every exchange takes days.

The app is not bad but there are some improvements that could be made. The app completely exits upon using the phone back button (rather than going to the previous screen) which is very frustrating when trying to make a booking. You then need to start the entire booking process again. Would be helpful to see the fuel/charge levels of a vehicle when booking. Have had too many experiences where I've booked a car and there has been no charge in it at all rendering the entire booking useless.

App is simple & fast, works well, there's a couple of suggestions I'd make. I'd like it if the map didn't zoom out every time I clicked back after looking at a car. I also don't know what the different colour logos mean, could there be a key? Going forward Id love it if my phone could unlock the car, not just the card, I'm nervous about losing the card!

Had high expectations of this app after using enterprise car club and their app. The interface is terrible, with no help manual to explain what the symbols represent. Makes it harder as I'm colourblind too. Crashed frequently. Sometimes cars are shown on map but mostly none. It's not intuitive at all. Don't know what to expect when selecting anything. E. G. Will I actually end up booking something or will it ask me to reconfirm selection. It doesn't instill any confidence in making a successful booking. Badly needs bottom up redesign to lead a bookee through to completion without wondering what comes next.
