I had a wonderful experience renting a vehicle from Turo, and it was my first time doing so. I already have a second trip booked for a vacation out of state. I enjoy being able to have a different variety of vehicles more to my liking to choose from compared to the other car rental agencies, and often at better rates.

I booked a car for a weekend trip with a 10am pickup. My car was cancelled at 10am with a notice about a "safety issue". After using the unhelpful chat bot and calling, I found out that the car I booked just hadn't been returned. Turo offered to help me find a vehicle. It turned out that the same car I had rented was now listed as available. This was also the second time this trip had been cancelled. I've used this before with no trouble, but know that when something goes wrong they do not help

if you want to drive something really nice and not a econobox, Turo is for you. Prices do very based on location for the same type of vehicle. Watch for extra fees the host may charge when pricing out the vehicle. my first experience was not great due to making sure the tires were good, they were not and driving in the rain was awful. my second experience was a 10 out 10. compared to rental, hands down much easier with no wait times, cancelled reservations, etc. Same price, better experience

This app is still so buggy. Every time I open Trip history it takes me back to June and I have to pull down to refresh to see the latest trips. Also the new calendar also the new calendar interface is so tedious, it takes so many clicks to block off times and dates of my cars to change prices, to see trips and coordinate logistics. And so much prompting to do multi-month mega discounts with low mileage limits. I'm not going to do that. Period. Edit: Generic response to specific issues is unsatis

Carroro is a high-quality, professional, friendly, trusted car rental option in Chicago. The co-owners were easy to work with, helpful, and quick to respond. Their shuttle was free, fast, and easy, too. Unbeknownst to us, something rubbed against the car at some point during our trip, causing damage we didn't notice when we dropped off the car. Carraro ed us and was friendly and professional throughout the process. Now, we will only use Carroro when we visit Chicago!

Please add a drop-off option in the app to get approval to different thank pick up! To have picked up as needed or arrangement easier would be helpful! I appreciated having a car dropped off and would like the vehicle picked up as well. Then it would be smooth! Thank you for the experiment and experience! I look forward to more in the future! The car was great quality, very clean, just as described. The pickup location was perfect and the host was a class act: quick responses, very understanding, and even offered an early pickup. Also kindly allowed for last minute trip extension, twice. Cannot recommend this car and host enough. If I ever need another rental I'm using Turo and Parlay Services!

Turo made it quick and easy to rent a vehicle without a credit card and without showing airline travel. I like how they have the insurance already on the site you just simply choose your level. this is the second time booking with Turo. The first time I had to cancel because my dates changed. it's good to know that cancellation is also free and easy!
