Ok app. It's free, so you can't expect perfection, but it's fairly stable. It is really annoying, though, that the app constantly prompts me to enable visitor notifications. Every single time I open the app.... No, I don't want my phone buzzing a thousand times/day. Please turn this off. Response to author: The prompt won't allow me to use the app now without turning on notifications for visitors. This is absurd.

Sometimes it works for weeks straight. Then for some reason, my app gets disconnected, or signed out or something, and I don't know it. Of course I'm being charged for the service, but my customers can't reach me. Sometimes I don't notice that has happened for days.. maybe a week. 11/20/20 edited to 3 stars. All i have to do to fix the issue is log out and back in every day. Not ideal, but it works.

before you go to the notifications, on your cellphone. before opening the tawk to app, put the volume high. and then go to the notifications, and put then as you like. the team at tawk to suck, and tbh, it has bugs. if you put the phone on silent, some how some way, it messes with the configuration, and you cant select certain stuff. play with it, until you fix it.....it took me like 1 hour to figure this out...lol...good luck

Great app. I love it. I give it 3 stars because after the recent update, the app doesn't send sound notifications, it just vibrates. When I try to toggle the vibrate button off, it automatically turns back on. You guys should fix this bug. The app is almost useless without the sound notifications

Very useful app and service. It (used to... it's on block lists) notifies us that someone is on our site and can ready information that may need based on their navigation pattern. When I had an issue with on iOS app on an iPad Pro, the developers were very helpful in getting me up and running in just a few minutes.

This app is really good, it has everything i want, BUT it crashes sometimes, i don't get notifications, like nothing is happening, the web version is working well, but the app do some random things sometimes with notifications, i hope they fix it because i just lost 200$ because i didn't get a notification from my clients

Mediocre app in the past but now notifications just don't come in, or will pop up hours later for chats I already answered on desktop. Can't trust the app anymore to actually notify me.

I appreciate Tawk to. But the app is notoriously glitchy. Notifications seem to come through when and if they feel like it when you have multiple sites and often have to open the app to get them to come through. Wish it was a little more reliable.
