Looks decent, gives you an idea of how much land is for sale in your area and how much it costs. Other than that, unless you want to pay for a subscription, that's all you're getting. No filter options, interface can be finicky, etc. Not worth paying for when there's other apps that show this.

(Edit) The app has now been updated and works on my device. So far I am happy with the available features, but have a couple issues. It seems that different soil type color codes are used for each land plot, such that when multiple plots are selected together, the corresponding soil type colors are incorrect. Additionally, the colors used for crop history forest types are so similar that I cannot distinguish a difference between them. A detailed view of crop history would also be nice.

EDIT: After my review I was ed to attempt to see why the app wasn't working. My location was always off by about a mile. I'm not sure if it was my phones update or restarting but the app now works great. When I hunt alone I am easily able to take a screen shot of my location and send it to my husband. It's also super helpful to know that I am on the correct property since it's not my own land. I want to like this app but for some reason it can not get my location right

Had it for a while. When I originally ed it as a free app there were things available that now have been switched to pay only access. I really don't see anything "upgraded" but downgraded and a pricetag attached. That's just like buying a car and a week later they take out the air conditioning and charge you more to put it back in.

It's good when it works. More times than not, it's NOT working. When clicking on explore or insights, no additional information comes up. When it did show more information, it worked well, but it's rare that the information shows up. I hope you get it working right. FOLLOW UP: Since then, they started charging money for this. Wasn't worth free, since the update, it's A TERRIBLE app.

It was a great app for free. The amount they want per month now for basic information is out of line. I understand they can't improve on the app for free but $10/month is a pretty steep jump from $0/month. Maybe half that or some ads would be acceptable. I don't think many people are going to shell out that kind of money for something they can find elsewhere.

I this app so I could look up property owners. It's nice to know your neigbors without having to go to the courthouse and look up the information. It's time consuming and because of this there are a lot of tressers. This app was a convenience and I used it almost daily but since they started charging a $10 p/month fee, no your ears don't flap and my lips don't stutter, I said PER MONTH... I can see paying a one time fee. The short version is, good bye, it was nice while it lasted!

Good app, but not worth the $ for a normal person. A business such as a real-estate agent maybe, but certainly not for just exploring and trying to find land-owner name to ask for land use permissions. I understand the monetizing to keep it ad-free, but then provide a free ad-ed version for those of us who use it so rarely the $ version is not a value. Apps often have free (ad ed) versions and PRO ($ ed versions) just for this purpose.
