This timer is so you never have to use the same time-based one-time (TOTP) twice and you don’t have to the number. Great app for keeping track of all your s, however being done by Microsoft, the fact the info doesn't cross over to windows when on your computer is a huge oversight. Never use the generator if you want to use the on any system other than your android phone, as you likely will not have access to it unless you've memorized it or written it down.

This app works great while the sun is shining. It's fast to set up and reliable. However, the backup function basically doesn't work. A couple of times I've had to reset my phone, and when I tried to various things would fail. In the past I have been able to recover from my backup phone. Now my primary phone is away for repair and my backup phone force wiped after an update. As always, the backup is useless. Microsoft does not this app, so I am SOL.

Continuous crashing force closure. I have been using this since 2020 for many applications. One important application is to sign in to my VPN for work. I have never had an issue until this week. It keeps crashing and/or force close. It will not allow the approval to come through on my phone, which makes it to where I'm unable to work. I have check to see if there was an update however it's not showing any updates.

Awful. Switching to a new phone is a nightmare. Use any other authentication app if possible. Internet is full of incorrect instructions and I'm stuck in a circle of asking to sign in and going back and forth between 2 pages, with every 20th try just being an error message. I can't wait to get all Microsoft products out of my life

This utter garbage of an app failed to restore from cloud backup after my previous phone died, and now I can't access my sensitive s. What's the point of having the cloud backup option if it doesn't work reliably? I chose this over google authenticator, because at that time google didn't provide cloud backup. Now I'm paying the price for that mistake.

It's somewhat redundant, and like so many of Microsoft's programs, constantly bedeviled by frustrating glitches. After using the Outlook email and calendar programs for more than one year, I have switched back to Google. The recurring niggling problems with Microsoft wore me down.

I have not had a good experience with this sign in although I would LOVE to be able to use as an easier sign in option instead of ing too many s & the newer 2 step verification process which just running me like a mouse spinning it's wheel without going ANYWHERE! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have found that MS customer is severely lacking. I do work with a number of organizations that use MS products, and it seems that I always have these s getting confused with my personal 365 . Very frustrating! In addition, the ability to link my phone to my laptop is also very frustrating. Why MS is so inattentive to customers is perplexing!
