Nice app, keeps you logged it so easy to get to your Strata ID when at the airport. Only two negative comments which hopefully will be getting fixed. 1) I have booked parking through the website, but these do not show in the app. Why not? There is no ability to add an existing booking, so logically it should be synchronised (isn't it the same ?). 2) I connected my TripIt profile with the app, which has my full schedule, but my schedule is still shown as empty. There doesn't seem to be any option to confirm that the two are connected. I have restarted my phone but still have these same issues.

Weak and a bit pointless...mostly just links to their website or sales messages. Practical info like allowances for going through security not provided. I'll see if the WiFi link is useful when I travel in a couple of days... otherwise its just a sales tool for the concessions and not designed with the traveler in mind.

For s: Just use the website instead. For devs: If obsolete or not maintained, please delete from app store. For both: 1. Starting the app causes an immediate crash the first time you launch it. 2. urls to the main Auckland Airport website to provide information about the parking you just booked are broken. 3. the app has not been updated since June 2021 with no communication whether it was superseded by a newer app. 4. providing about broken features doesn't get any human response.

Started out as a great way to book parking and manage but now every time I go to book it says something went wrong try again later and the only way to sort is to uninstall and reinstall which kind of defeats the purpose of it making things easier!

It's shite. I can no longer see what parking bookings I have - it doesn't appear to allow online bookings to synchronize with the app. It's about as good as the rest of the Auckland Airport customer experience.

It's pretty useless, hopefully they improve the app. The wait times were completely off for international arrivals customs processing - app said 5 mins, it took an hour. The app was also glitching and wouldn't show any eta for arrivals or departures, so I needed to use the website instead.

App is useful to book parking, but as soon as I go to review profile or check transactions it takes me to a screen on a web browser. Unfortunately Auckland Airport Parking will not accept credentials when using Chrome (the only browser on my Android mobile, but I have the same issue when trying to via a laptop/PC or iPad using Chrome) and on entering my details and submitting, the site just presents me with the page again.

Installed it to stay up to date on a flight that was delayed, only to find that the app thought that the flight was still on time, even though it was first notified as delayed four hours ago. Uninstalled as the app has no point if the data isn't reliable
