App is pretty good. But don't like how you always have to have location on. I don't want to use the app as my satnav. I don't want my location tracked constantly. By either this app or by Google. So one star for that reason alone

I've been using Camperstop for many years. I made the mistake of updating the app today. A big mistake! Am unable to access my local maps and need to use my data. That's very expensive when I'm abroad. I can supposedly plan routes on my laptop and save them. Big deal, I can't access them on my app. The website includes a 'how to use the app.' yep, that's the one that used to work fine. Bears no resemblance to the new one. A very disappointing app. How can I revert to the useful one?

Have just reinstalled and subscribed for another year.( Used for 2 years before) have returned as it used to be an excellent help in finding a good spot. The updates have pushed it backwards, the options to choose facilities etc are limited and not useful. think you need to rethink your app, I'm using a free one instead because I find yours so frustrating and bad. The free one gives me more options to choose from. Shame I loved this app!

Update I had forgotten I had already left a review, years ago. I have just installed the app, and after a few tetging problems - all dealt with very quickly, we are up and running. Camperstop is the original pan Europe aires directory, and still the best. Original review 2017. This is a good company to deal with. On 2 occasions I bought the the wrong satnav poi's. With absolutely no hassle they emailed me the correct versions(I'm just embarrassed I did it twice!)

Nothing special but does the job. OK for the money too. However my annual subscription began 20 Jan and is due again in 2021. I have a notification on the App now telling me that payment will be taken automatically this week (9 SEP 2020) I have therefore cancelled my subscription as there is obviously an issue. I have already emailed and sent screenshots of payments you asked for. The request you made below is obviously in error... Just like your notification of charge.

I have edited this review from one star as the problems I experienced were reasonably quickly resolved and the communication from the developer was excellent. I look forward to giving it a good test again this summer as we travel around the continent.

The app is a great companion to use in conjunction with the printed directory as it contains updates on the Aires / stopover that have occurred after printing. Like the directory, the app is easy to use and has given us ideas for many great nights while touring Europe, so highly recomnended. Keep up the great work guys. TomP

Extremely buggy, have to restart app at least 3 times every time I want to use it just to be able to view the map. But it has good stops in Europe, very little in the UK. However due the lack of these sort of apps, it is worth getting.
