App works well I have just one slight niggle. The sites are shown on the map in 3 differerent colours. The majority are Blue ( which I take it means places available ) Orange ( which seems to mean the same) and Violet (which seems to mean full up) I cant find a legend to explain the different colours.

Cannot or an . I've ed the app after i ed at the kiosk, prior to buying the card. I haven't received any email or message on my phone, and i now cannot create an because "there is already a with this phone number", however, when i try to recover my , it says there is no with my email address... i think there is either a loophole or i made an error on the screen and there isn't an obvious way to fix it. Please help

Now stayed at 12 sites using this App. All sites very high standard and App works extremely well and efficiently. Easy to use and the topping up of the card is instant with no delays.

Main problem I have with this app is that the reviews are in French, German etc. However there is no translation facility and, even worse, it's not possible to capture the review text to put it into Google Translate. Fix this and it's a five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Le principal problème que j'ai avec cette application est que les avis sont en français, allemand, etc. Cependant, il n'existe aucune fonction de traduction et, pire encore, il n'est pas possible de capturer le texte de la critique pour le mettre

Had high hopes as it was recommended to us after stopping on one of the brilliant aires. Difficult to navigate around and takes so long 'searching' (blue spinning circle) that I could quite happily take a hammer to it. Just drains my battery. I'll stick to my tried & tested All the Aires book....

Stayed at a lovely site, ed and purchased card, email confirmation received. Tried to use the app and website the following night but could not on either. Resulted in 30km wasted trip/time to find site full? This info would have been available if registration worked. Ended with nowhere to stay. Very frustrating.

Note how the app NEVER gets an update! We're still on version 100.0.1 :)) this tells you all. This is NOT a European network of camper park places, but only inside , nothing in Spain, check it! They sell it European to make their business more valuable. In fact they don't even own the sites in FR, they do management. When things get difficult and you try to them, there is always "Angelique" saying "we are sorry, we will the owner" .. read horrible reviews in the app!! 👎🏼

It's a nice concept, however, when you leave a site to go out for the day, or to go shopping, leaving table and chairs behind, the system has no way of knowing that you are coming back. I could see the situation where you return and can't get back in because there are no pitches left on the system, and there is someone else inside wondering why there are no free pitches left.
