App is great, and reasonable fares too But ... I am driver, in my opinion the app should add a cancellation fee if the rider cancel the trip before the pickup. I got cancelled 3 times today on the way to the pickup location, my time and fuel gone for nothing. Please try to find a solution ..Thank you

1)There are no arrived option which are select by a driver and rider has known that car has arrived. 2)Pick-up & drop location shown in driver apps are very small letters or words which are not readable. 3)s of customer number are very difficult to reach.

Cancellation charge should be there.There should be extra charge for jam .When atthe time of ending the trip New trip enter and when we accept the new trip the amount showing for previous trip disappear this should not happen.There should be tool charge added in fare.if we cross toll. There should be same drop location be shown as shown in enger app.

pick and drop booking was 15.6km but after finishing the ride it was 18.5km, the fare was not enough and satisfactory, So, kindly don't provide me these kind of trip. totally unsatisfactory

App is new so that rare customers are booked from this app, people's are not knowing about this app. More advertising is required to improve the app. More yatri sathi drivers are available in the city but less customers are know about this app so more & more advertising is required for customers to Install the app and use it.

Very good app. But when driver reached pickup location and customer cancel the order, then no cancelation charge get. No home location selection option available for drivers and how driver understand the ride is ac or non ac rides? Only this three problems presently occurs. Please solve this, then the app will be best app in the market.
