I am able to on the website, yet when I try to in from the app, it tells me the name and are incorrect. They are not. I verified multiple times. I also made sure I was logged out on the website before trying to from the app just in case, still same issue. I cannot get my prescriptions now.

Ordered with e receipt, medication never arrived but was marked as delivery. After 3 hours ! trying to reach I was finally told they send it again the next day. Two days later it was delivered to a far away pickupstation. So much for next day delivery and customer . If you are in need the medication dont use docmorris

Caution: Unhuman scammers. Awful customer service! They lied in the app that they have a specific medicine from my E-Rezept and they don't. I never received it and now they don't book it back to my AOK Card and I cannot get my medicine! I have called them three times and every person in the customer service tells me a different story! Total scammers!

Nearly all important features were erased from the app and website. Order history from 2024... gone, bookmarking from articles... gone, pending order... gone. The worst case is the incorrect availability of medicines, showing available, but aren't even in long therm deliverable! Can it get worse? Oh yes, it can! We have to wait MONTH to get any features back. I guess this is nowadays called "The best service in the world " 🤢 🤮 🤬

For some reason Memopad, the feature to save items for later purchase, has disappeared. Also, there's no way to cancel a wrong order. You have to via mail and hope that they'll see it in time. The comparatively low prices when coming from price comparison websites make me come back again and again though.

Right at the first order a window popped up because one item seemed to have had a change in its recipe and that I should check whether it's okay for me. No further instruction, no functionality to filter for the respective item, no possibility to skip. I had to manually go through every item and see if my order would still go through. That was an incredibly unpleasant first experience. The list of products however is gigantic.
