I am a regular customer of MedPlus. I find their products and pricing extremely good. However, this app is a BIG NO SHOW. It just doesn't move past the opening screen. I've tried everything - uninstall and reinstall the app, shut down and restart the phone etc. nothing works. Just threw the app out of my phone.

Very pathetic after sales . Escalated to customer after receiving a wrong product, and was promises to exchange the product the next day. It is 3 days now and nothing materialized. Calling customer daily and hearing the same assurance that they would escalate it internally. Very disappointing. Recommending not to buy from Medplus

Hi App Team, Need ur immediate attention, I wanted to redeem the points, but when I choose to redeem rewards, the list gets stopped after showing the list of random 10 products. Afterwards showing 'Retry' & gets hanged. This problem started after I update this version. Previously it was ok. Please attend immediately. Thanks in advance.

The app is easy to navigate. It is lite and hence hangs less. But, it has a major shortcoming which needs to be taken care of : 1. The location address need not be the delivery address. But, the app automatically adds the location address along with my delivery address. Thus, creating a confussion of two addresses! It should add nearby some well known (locally) place and not the full address of that well known place.

There is no "cancellation" button in the orders section. Once you have booked means you are booked. If you wish to cancel the order you have to go Help Chatbot and there you have to search for cancel order button. Always it is better to select "pay on delivery". There is no "expiry date" of the product going to be purchased. Single consignment option removed why?? Do we must go for multiple consignment option only??

I had two experiences within this week where the items were lesser than the the qty shown in the bill. Eg bill shows 13 strip's but supplied only 12. The first time, I gave them the benefit of doubt and once informed they sent the missing qty the next day. This happened again after 2 days, and I now question the intent? Their service is good and prompt, but having a trust deficit.

My order got cancelled today. When order is placed I receive notification about ready for delivery yet after visiting stores multiple times order is not ready on the counter. Why make falsely update and mislead customers. Why my order gets cancelled without clarification? Why is your app not opening today? Why is your app slow? Why are products out of stock always? Why product images are not available in list? Why is there no management at medplus? Why do you waste printer pgs 4 billing / order?

The app is easy to navigate , if I order from Rajahmundry ,either through app or store, when there is no stock here, it comes from Vijayawada, it takes more than 3-4 days . The distance between 2 places is around 200 kms , 2 days is more than enough. Patients should call everytime store or look in the app about the status. Poor service here. I had a good service in Vizag, where the delivery is quick. People go here because of discounts. Btw discounts on diapers n some products is less.
