1st time to buy and paid the shipment.... bought on 25th sent on 27th will come on 30th? So slow. I thought it would come on 3-4 days because shipment was paid. Now i can not bring my purchase on vacation. This will be my last purchase and will delete this app.

My package was not delivered. I communicated with Austrian Post, and they say that I should ask Shop-Apotheke to open an investigation. Only they can do that, as the senders. And yet everytime I try to communicate with them, they send me the same useless reply saying I should go to the police if I think the package was stolen, or communicate with Austrian post. Their useless messages and repetitions show they are not even reading the messages, it's incredibly frustrating.

I am so disappointed ☹️ l order for an pain relief tablet and other medication it normally have to take 2 days but it turns out to be cancelled after 4 days of order, my first experience with the app and before now l just make my order through online and not app but after ing the app it is a disappointment 😥

Impossible to be used. I installed the app twice and each time I couldn't do any selection because it's Impossible to read anything. It looks like the letters are the same color as the background. I hope this will be fixed because I tend to use their website for quite regular purchases. Issue fixed fast!
