First of all, thank you zostel for finally creating a app after ages ! The app is smooth over all , much needed all the information which makes us easier to book the dorms hassle-free , which I liked But the only thing which can be improve on further updates would be. 1. Updating our name and photo in settings. 2. While pressing back from our phone (frm a property u watchin), it need to redirect to homepage, but instead app just closes. 3. Sharing the property with friend option is needed.

I recently stayed at Zostel Jaipur with my friend, and it was an amazing experience, especially as it was our first time at a Zostel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Jaipur, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. We stayed in a sharing dorm, and it was a great way to meet new people. The dorm was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with comfortable beds and secure lockers for our belongings.

The receptionist has no manners he has a very cheap mentality. He judges people for no reason and is very rude. Please don't go in there. There are plenty of hostels there in udaipur please search for it.

Hi Zostel, As a regular customer of zostel chains I have a genuine for the app. The apps UI is really great and have a bunch of content what we can do in and around zostels this is very great but when I book the zostel let's say i am on trip to Manali when I open the Manali destination the blogs won't appear. I try to access the blogs but these aren't appearing on the app. Also if I am booking for 2 people at a time the booking is apprearing twice on my bookings list. This is confusing

The app is convenient for bookings, but there is absolutely no option for cancelations. If booking is just a few clicks away, why aren't cancelations so?! To cancel, you need to mail and wait for the response from the reservations team, which may take up to a day! Please make our lives simpler by including cancelations available in the app!

First impression of the app is good and friendly but need some improvements in the styling part, Unable to avatar pic in the profile. Background of select date and select zostel type to be changed. And finally room categories need some differentiate background from one another. Mail you all the screenshots. Cheers
