TLDR: Uses bait and switch. How to waste your precious time with SNCF: - Look for way to go from A to B -Find train ticket d at 1€ - Choose train. Enter name, mail, card number... - actually pay, only to have payment immediately reverted. - get a message telling you that due to a "technical error", everything is cancelled and you have to start all over again. - start again, see that price is now over 20€ - come back later, see that price is back to 1€ - repeat Works on app and website

It works pretty well and there are some interesting features. But the ergonomics is problematic: - Forcing us to select the destination before the departure is very counter-intuitive - The search should offer a shortcut to the last searched trip (stations + dates) - I often make the same trips and there is no shortcut to re-do the same search and I have to re-enter everything each time I'm trying to switch from a competitor app and these are my frustration points.

This could be a great app (with a nice looking UI) but as other reviews say, it's counterintuitive. For a return journey with a single connection I struggle to find all the es (QR codes) and also when exported to wallet only the 3 of 4 tickets are exported. Not to mention the reduction cards that are misleading and you need to be an expert to know when and if you will get a discount... or the option to buy metro tickets that is simply unreliable...

Dont change what's working well. The new version just adds unnecessary animation, making the app sluggish. The idea of tracking location might be for good causes, but with unresponsive and so-so UI, it doesn't help. At the welcoming page, more than 50% is ments, none of them is helpful. Update: again, no, the mentioned advertising links are doubleclick embedded, they don't offer 'bon plan' as claimed.

Still the same. Less buggy but most functionalities are still not back yet. Obvy UI is still pretty counter intuitive they didn't change it. It's been a year, booking a trip is a nightmare you have to be smart about it to counter all the stupid limitations that would allow you do it easily otherwise. Going to the train station to purchase a ticket isn't even an option anymore as it cost at least 10€ more than on the app. 😡

Prices vary WILDLY with the same journey going from 50 euros to 200+ euros depending on time, day, month and luck. Even with a discount card. The randomness of the pricing strategy makes it hard to plan. Moreover, the app rarely shows the best prices for your trip - if you adjust an intermediate stop along the way or split the trip, you will find better prices. There's also errors in the prices displayed for each different day. They should review their strategy and fix the app.

Too many updates! I would really like to rate this higher, however, you're losing 2 stars because EVERY SINGLE TIME i try to use this app, i have to and install the latest version. I understand that you're trying to improve things, but honestly, every single time i try to use it?? That's ridiculous. It's worse than iTunes (considering i could at least use an out of date iTunes program without updating)

This app is slow, constantly asks if you need uncalled for help, pollutes with useless notifications, takes forever to load, hangs and is the sort of app only too "clever" people could launch. They read the text book, through any design to make it easier for the out of the window and went on to praise themselves for a job "well done". We the s have been done.
