Working much better now. Still missing several features present in older apps, but still better than it was for a while. Original: The app is okay, if it works. I've been having to delete and readd my weekly as calls will not ring through otherwise. Even after readding, i have to keep my phone screen on for calls to have a chance to come through. I've made sure keep active is on, I've checked all my permissions and settings, toggled and reinstalled. Nothing helps!

It works, and works well when it does. I currently have issues with this not ringing while DND is turned on, even when I have calls bying DND mode. Not sure why, but they just won't ring. Notification shows up, but no sound. Not even a vibration (with the setting on). Please, PLEASE fix this! Also, please split calls to queue calls and direct calls, if possible. I want queue calls bying DND, but if I'm not working and have DND on, I don't want people calling me directly and making my phone go off.

The app seems to work well overall. But it has one significant problem forcing me to uninstall. I can't make it shut up. I'm at work, and I have 3cx on my work machine. I don't need my phone ringing loudly every time a call comes in to my work number. I can't put my phone on silent though because I need to hear if someone calls my personal number. I set the ringtone to "custom" and chose "silent", but it appears to ignore this setting and loudly blasts the ittedly quite catchy 3CX built-in tune through the whole office every time a call comes in. If I set it to "Do not Disturb", the PC application follows that setting also. Unfortunately without some way to make the app shut up while I'm in the office, I have to uninstall it.

Very buggy. Bluetooth issues. Cell call interruption issues. Public IP changes while moving and registration does not recover. Volume control issues constantly; microphone too quiet and can't adjust. Two way audio intermittently fails yet Firewall es all tests. IP required ports reported by 3cx do not match actual ports needed to traffic; "figure it out yourself" approach to . Other than that it works great.

I've tried this app and the legacy app on several different phones and it just won't connect. It s and shows my name but can't answer calls, or make calls, only see who's calling. One if my coworkers has the legacy app on his phone and it actually works. The rest of us can't get it to work in any of our devices. It seems like they need to make it a little more universal for more devices.

This app is just a nightmare. Calls drop constantly and it messes with my phone settings to where I don't get notifications for text messages or phone calls anymore. I have my email notifications turned off but when I am on a call through 3cx and receive and email or text message, I get a series of loud beeps that last about 4 seconds in which the call is dead until the beeps are done. I wish I had another option.

This app is ok if you are frequently away from yout desk. It rings at the same time your desk phone does and mobile access to the directory is convenient. It does not sync the spam call blacklist and there is no way to block spam on this app or the web app. Because of the missing block feature, the app will often ring for calls that my desk phone does not allow through because they are blacklisted.

Works okay as an app while the phone is unlocked. Difficult to use when the phone is locked, as it requires the phone to be unlocked to pickup or answer a call. Handsfree via Bluetooth doesn't work to pickup as the app requires the green button to be pressed directly on the phone. I also get late notices from missed calls as push notifications don't always work if the screen is dark on the phone. Notifications are eager to pop up the second the screen is lit or unlocked.
