I always give the drivers five stars this is not a reflection of them at all but of the poor quality of the app today. The app automatically for some reason canceled my ride 20 minutes before it was supposed to pick me up for my doctor's appointment. Usually it's top-notch but they told me it counts as a no-show because I was not outside at 10:15 when they were despite not giving me a text message that they were arriving. If I get the no-show removed from my I will put back to five stars

I Had A Very Good Ride This Morning; Calling In To Schedule Ride; Not Too Long A Wait - 20 Minutes Beyond Scheduled Time - Fine. KUDOS TO ANDRES AT WHO FINALLY GOT ME BACK IN THE SEAT APP LITERALLY DID THE STEPS FROM HIS EMAIL TO ME JUST NOW. I LOVE THE EASE OF THE APP TO SCHEDULE RIDES A DAY IN ADVANCE OF SCHEDULED APPTS ETC. *THE DRIVERS ARE ALL EXCELLENT* SYSTEM GLITCHES BUT EXCELLENT DRIVERS AND CARING TEAM: THANK YOU CATHERINE FOR YOUR PATIENCE WITH MY FRUSTRATING SITUATION
