I very carefully follow their rules about having a capital letter and a special character and a number in my and it accepts my and then I use that at time and it says it is not correct. The first problem is that their rules are not following the best practice recommendations. The second problem is that their system is storing or hashing a different ateing than what I enter.

Great app and extremely valuable service. I just went for the service as it was part of our employee benefits, not expecting much, but it turned out to be a great service. Extremely prompt and professional team connected me to a wonderful doctor who could actually explain and guide me through various treatment options.

The app of circular spinning dashes is what this should be called. I am on a S22+ in an area with 5G , but using Wi-Fi 6 to a gigabit cable Internet provider. No matter when you , it takes at least 2 mins of spinning dashes to take an action and several more seconds per action you take. The website is worse because there is no indication anything is happening. That said, the app nags the 💩 out of you. I will say the video call function worked well. No skips or jitters.

Generally OK but a little confusing . I logged in 20 minutes early to be sure and just before the call it looked like it wanted me to once again. Also an incoming call disabled the speakerphone function. The small screen of my mobile phone distracted from the communications. if you make the app usable on a Desktop or laptop, unexpected incoming calls would not interfere with communication.

Very good experience overall. Consulting physician was very knowledgeable, encouraging, and gave helpful suggestions. Only issue was connection with the app for consult. I had to log out twice and turn off WiFi at 's suggestion to prevent session freezing up. Otherwise, everything was good. Thank you for this excellent service.

Logged in by inputting creds, getting a text for 2fa, and inputting that. It shows a progress circle then a blank blue screen - but the page buttons are still active but hidden. So, if I press on the area where the button showed previously, it simply navs back to the pg again and the same buttons are visible now. Tried on two separate Android devices with different OS versions and same result. Broken app doesn't allow to actually .
