I use this app for my business. Great quality products, the design studio is very easy to use, the only thing I have is that the app constantly crashes ESPECIALLY DURING DEG. Which causes me to loose what ever work I was doing and starting all over again, sometimes multiple times a session. Please fix this issue 🙏🏽

Difficult to make any profit due to rising costs of the items and shipping prices. Pair of shorts is 38.94 + 4.69 shipping. How much can you reasonably sell the shorts for $54? Then Etsy still has to take their share. The items are not even name brand. And then you owe taxes. Very frustrating. Excellent quality finished product though.

Not what they made it seem it would be. It's basically just data and status. That's it. You can't work from the app AT ALL the way you can with many others. I like Printful but this app is pretty much a waste if you want to work on your tablet or phone. For that, you have to go into your browser anyway and you can look at the same thing. So why would I ever need this? The app functions and runs well. It's just not useful nor that practical either.

The App keeps getting Better! I have been using Printful for almost 2 years now. I have switched to other apps and keep coming back to Printful. The technology and the tools with Printful keep getting better and better. The professionalism of the company and customer service has been top-notch. With the new update and making the service free for all is a extremely smart decision for the company. I wish you can design on the App, that would be a big advantage to us.

Things have been mostly great except for a few things. On the app there is no option to add a new folder in files and s, no option to delete or move s to other folders and no delete option in templates. And there's no zoom in option in design maker for fine tuning as we're using a phone for this. These issues make usage complicated and messy. Other than that like I said it's been mostly great.

Lovelovelove printful!..on the desktop. I wish there was a specific "create templates" section on the app. I know you can still design stuff if you go to products and pick a product, choose between making a personal order or order samples, then you design the product, can save as template and back out of the order. So complicated whereas if there was a place just for making templates, that'd be perfect. I just want to create templates on my phone when I'm out and about or just bored. TY

The staff is friendly and the desktop experience is pretty fair, however the app is pretty horrible. Even with excellent strength WiFi or mobile connection,the apps connection to the server is horrible. I am hardly ever able to view my order details as it says a connection error has occurred. The app forces closes from time to time as well. It just seems very buggy and is irritating to use. I've done basic toubleshooting to no avail. (Clear Cache, Restart, Uninstall/Reinstall, OS up to date)

It does what it says. Keeps you in the loop. If you are looking for a complete mobile option to the website, this isn't it. You can make quick products to order, but you don't have access to your product templates. The app would be a lite version of the website. Keep that in mind and you won't be disappointed. I wouldn't recommend for those looking to do product template design. I will keep an eye out for feature updates. I'll stick to the website for now.
