Now it's forcing me to use the app to print. Anytime I try to print something from a different application I get two errors every time and it shows one blank page in the print preview instead of the 32 page guide I'm trying to print. Now I have to screenshot every single page just to print this thing. Also when I restarted my printer it started printing an old page I already printed days ago meaning it wasted paper and ink. Thanks for that 😐

I tried the first app that was suggested looked the same. Just not by the same creator/company. This one is the real one. I didn't read anything just got this app it went step by step on how to connect and print. So helpful! It's much easier then the other app for sure. More options. I don't know why they look the same but function differently. I suggest this one over the other Canon app.

Can't connect my Galaxy S22 Ultra to my TS3722. App is pointless; runs me around in circles, then says it can't connect to my printer. I tried to connect my phone for 15 minutes. How people find this "easy" is beyond me. Edit: Now it says it can't connect because "the printer is currently in use," which it isn't. And it turns out, it won't work on my family's phones, either. They both use Galaxy A50 series.

I'm not a tech savvy person when it comes to computers and printers but I had to have a printer for work in order to get my dispatch sheets daily. This app has been super easy for me. I most likely will stay with Canon printers. I love your app and I love my Canon Pixma printer. Thanks for making your app easy for us older guys to navigate.

Recent update removed the ability to scan two-sided documents. I had to make a scan with all the even pages, flip the papers over, make a scan with all the odd pages, and then, in an editor, combine the two PDFs with alternating pages to make one file with both sides of each page.

I had added this app with the purchase of my printer. I was on the Marshfield Clinic medical site and trying to read notes about last exam. Your app popped up and kind of blotted out what I wanted to read. I really dont need to print this report, I just want to read it. I didn't have any options to do that, so I printed the seven pages.

USELESS. We should only need an app to do the things we CAN'T do on the device. Why do I STILL need to go into the software of a desktop computer to access PRINTER SETTINGS?! I should be able to switch to the color cartridge FROM THE PRINTER! Or at BEST from my phone. The inability to do so renders this app, COMPLETELY useless to me!

Print settings state 2 sided but I'm getting one sided off my phone documents. I haven't tested all of the features yet. I was also not able to make a wallet card print vertical to be the proper size and I was not able to find an option to reduce size. I'll have to fold my wallet card if I want it to fit. Maybe I'll find these options when I search more but they were not obvious.
