Bad experience with the app and the business class. Luggage damaged, the app is useless in case of need, the airplanes are old, small, the staff doesn't keep the business class cabin clean and the ground personnel is not trained well enough. Never again for me also because it was not a single time experience...this happened on all the flights that I was on ... except for the last time that my suitcase (priority) was destroyed with nobody of the airline available to help. Business class?

Blocks storing apps making the sign up process very painful. "claim miles" leads to a blank page. All I want is to track my flight and store my boarding and I after lots of hunting I managed to find them. These need to be front and centre as its high on the last for travellers priorities. Don't bury it behind convoluted menus. Big button, button front page "Boarding " is what I want. Poor experience etihad, you need better UX writers.

I have used their app in the past and today as well. Not so friendly, the check in process is slow, inefficient and when u book seat it doesn't select the seats u chose when u checkout. I had to book my seats 3 times. Second time I had an issue checking inn online through the app. Emirates has a better app interface and it's friendly. Also I don't use Twitter, Facebook and Instagram

I've been using Etihad app for my travel needs, and while it has potential, there are several inconsistencies that compromise basic expectations of this service. Frequent glitches, including post backs & hangs, significantly disrupt experience. These issues often result in critical transactions, such as web check-ins, crashing midway. As a loyal customer, I believe investing in more competitive technology is essential to retain seasoned s. Enhancing the app’s stability is key.

You can't use miles to pay instead of using your credit card, you can't customer service through it either. It doesn't even give/ show boarding es after checking in and clicking on boarding es... during the check in it would charge 63 euro, I tried to go back to avoid/ review the charge, and it just wouldn't let me. Did it charge my card?! It's a mess all way round...

Uodate: Dispite email and also phone calls and promises miles are still missing. Horrendous app. I have missing airmiles from a flight. Everytime I to try any claim the miles, I get a blank page. How can such a prestigious company have such a poor app. If I can't get accurate figures for my miles or add missing ones, what is the point of flying with them when there is equal competition from the likes of Emirates or BA.

I honestly think this app is designed to have you switch airlines. They get a lot of easy stuff wrong - for instance, if you pick a tab on the home page and close the app and immediatelt reopen, it seems to forget where you were. Im not able to email nyself my boarding . Probably wont fly etihad again tbh, especially because the web experience is just as bad

This is the worst experience ever! I booked a ticket on their website. Paid through card and miles. And then, when I was trying to check my booking through manage booking, it shows that it wasn't existing. I already send them the confirmed ticket sent by Etihad Aiways and the proof of payment deducted in ng credit card but until now, there is still no update. It's been a week!
