They fail to mention major details on the frequency and the Captains and deck hands also failed to ask question along with give bad information I would not recommend this water taxi to anyone, I would invest in h20 Limo they are faster by 5x they communicate better with customers overall experience with the water taxied services leaves my ears ringing and my stomach about to come back up
