Let's say, good training exercise. She gives you a lot of good stuff about work environments and safety. That's the most important and to be aware of your surroundings, and what to do if an incident happens and who to and what to do in any circumstance, that may happen

This is not a great app - it feels like it was made just to check a box and say "we have an app." Courses are very hard to take since they weren't designed for mobile screens. The text is very difficult to read. Many courses can't be taken in the app. The documents section throws an error. And if you have to take a call or something during a course, the app white screens and you have to kill the app and reopen. I guess it's best working feature might be the mobile ID card?

I don't know what to think of ISN, or Empower anymore. I have been been having nothing but problems with them, the browser, the app, all of it. I just keep experiencing bugs. A co worker wrote a review and was told to them for assistance. None of it was helpful. They all said the same thing: "Open it up on your chrome browser." "Use a computer." "Update the app." (It was already up to date. I have a test ONE test to complete, its 45mins long and it's due. Dissapointed.

I'll debate giving it two stars when you fix the ISNetworld website. I've tried to watch a training video on the mobile website, and nothing loads. I tried on a PC with Chrome, Microsoft edge, and firefox... Every time im2 minutes into a video, it closes the window and i get a fatal error message. So i tried at a friend's house on THEIR phone and PC. Same issue. This is literally preventing me from going to work.

I like the idea of the app I think it's a great tool. However I noticed you have to log out and back in if you receive a phone call and start videos over from the beginning, really frustrating and time consuming. I think if these issues are addressed this would be a awesome app. Thanks.

Wants a phone number to initiate . Absolutely not necessary. I've had an without a phone number for years. Added my phone number online. App still doesn't recognize phone number. Useless. You need to fix the server side integration between the web portal and the app.
