"The Workday app is a complete disappointment. It consistently gets stuck on the screen, making it impossible to access any features. Every attempt to ends in frustration, as the app fails to load or respond properly. For something meant to streamline work processes, it only creates delays and unnecessary stress. A serious overhaul is needed to make this app usable

Security requirements will negatively affect pay. Doesn't give a heads up before requiring a new . You're just forced to spend an extra 2 minutes changing the which was annoying before but acceptable. Edit- From the pc website, it was wanting to confirm my info.. but on the app it never loaded

This is the worst punch clock and benefits app I've ever used. Functions aren't organized well, and some benefits are hidden away in another part of the app, as if they don't want you to have all the information you're looking for. It takes several clicks to punch in or out, which is the main function of the app and should on the home screen and streamlined, like it is for most other punch clock apps. Every other punch clock and benefits app I've used has been more friendly than Workday.

so inefficient, crashes so easily. doesn't save or anything, and you have to fill out so much. Why'd I give my CV just to be asked for everything in it on the next page. Can't you scan and autofill? if you unfortunately click add, that sucks, bc there's no way to delete that so you have to leave it empty, click next, and hope the app doesn't flag it (which it will) or go back so it erases everything, and start all over. So fun. It doesn't keep track of docs u already ed so u do it evrytime

Biometrics or it just blanks out my and sits at the screen but then emails me that a new device has logged into my . I can fine on a PC. When I could all pay slips in pdf format only. Have to and open with a viewer then find the file and delete instead of just being shown the information in the app. Pretty much useless. Not friendly at all.

Way too many clicks to approve something. Default is to see notification, then go to process overview, then my specific steps, then approve. Not intuitive at all. For vacation approval I just need a direct link to yes/no buttons. Nice to have the option to view more detail, but it's not always needed so don't force me through it.

I have to go through the entire process of getting myself a new every single time because it doesn't matter how many times I put in my . The only way to is by forgetting my going through my email then hitting the link to remake a that isn't anything like the last four s I have made then accepting the link to the code to then be allowed in to the app. I usually waste between 20 to 40 minutes just trying to to this app EVERY SINGLE TIME!

This app sucks. It does the 2 step process every time even if you just did it a few minutes ago. I get if it requires it once a month or even once a week but not every time. It wasn't like that before when I first started using it last year but maybe an update messed it up. Pls people of Workday, look at how easy and friendly ADP is and copy that.
