The virtual visit itself was fine. But was double charged the amount for a single visit. The app information leads you to believe your insurance can be billed, but when you sign up for your appointment the only option to pay is bank/ credit card. I am a longtime client of Integris. My Primary Care Physician is through Integris. In order to be refunded for the unauthorized charge to my will take several days. And billing staff were not familiar with the website nor its verbiage at all!

This was my first experience with online medical care, and I was pleasantly surprised! Quick, easy, with the added fun bits of trivia which are MUCH better than 3- year-old golf magazines in a clinic waiting room. The doctor was helpful. I'll definitely use this again.

From ing the app to getting antibiotics sent to my pharmacy the whole thing took about 25 minutes! I'm very sick so not having to leave and go be around a bunch of other people was amazing. Very satisfied with the results.

Don't waste your time! I have been attempting to see a doctor for an hour and a half. I have been switched to 3 different providers and have yet to see one. Never again will I use this app or Integris for any of my medical needs.

The wait was long but it beats having to go to an office during the crisis we have going on in the world today. The doctor was very nice. Asked me necessary questions and got a diagnoses. She also gave me advice to help me while i wait for my prescription. I will be using this app in the future.

Can't open the app to use it. Keep getting an error message. I never had this happen with the original version.

This is app is great. Avoided costly urgent care visit and able to get seen and prescriptions ordered within a few minutes. Saved so much time and money!
