This was our go to for therapy for my daughter for about a year and everything worked great. The past 3 months has been a nightmare with connecting to the provider at our appointment times. We are kicked off, logged out, and have been charged for "missed appointments" when the app crashes after we have tried multiple times to connect to the provider. I've called customer service and opened mutltiple tickets with no resolution. I've un-installed and reinstalled the app and nothing has helped.

Stopped working altogether. It crashes when I try to . Missed my last appointment because of this and I still haven't gotten into the app. There have also been a lot of problems on the backend since they switched systems: providers can't connect with video, they're not notified when I'm in their waiting room, and web-based on desktop never connects properly. I love my providers with Amwell but I have no way to access them now. Help!

Horrible app...Would not recommend use of it 👎 Not sure what happened. I used to use this about 5-6 years back. Didn't have issues like I'm having today. I have a pixel 9 with the most updated system and I keep getting a close app or wait when I'm trying to open it. Trying to look for past records from them and the fact that I can't sign in through their web page is really really a hindrance

For the past three weeks, when I'm ing my therapy appointment, the app crashes. I had to cancel one session completely because I couldn't switch to my computer once it started, and today I was able to switch to my computer, but lost part of my appointment time due to the app crashing. Hope this gets fixed, as the app is usually very convenient.

Doesn't load. Update 11/11/24:takes forever to load. Been kicked off multiple times in que for a physician.bo Both on Wifi and Without. Pretty ridiculous. Fingerprint biometrics doesn't work either and doesn't let you . If I could give zero stars i would.

The app is slow and keeps kicking me out. I've logged out (and back in again.) I even un-installed the app. I had to do this to my phone and my tablet. And the prices for these services are extravagant (American healthcare, go figure.) This is an ineffective piece of technology and should be disbanded, and the creators should be barred from creating anything else.

The app has issues. Amwell also requires you to pay up front for appointments and doesn't return your money for 45-60 days when you have in network insurance coverage. When I spoke to them about the issue they said that there isn't anything they can do. I had to cancel all of my future appointments due to this and they just didn't care.

Guess my stomach will explode👍 Freezes a lot. When prompted to agree to Notice of Privacy Practices and of Use, it will never load them. It'll just say the title and then "Contents" and nothing else. Tapped everything I could and it only zoomed in sometimes. App is currently frozen despite closing it and reopening it. Can't access the app now! Edit: the App Store also won't let me access the "Tell us more (optional)" section, how delightful!
