I miss the old freshsales. This app is helpful for managing s and deals while I'm on the go, but I have the Freshsales suite and the app doesn't let me manage my marketing. So, it's only 50% useful to me. For marketing and analytics, I have to use the desktop version. Speaking of analytics. I miss being able to filter and export raw data and create my own reports. I don't want widgets. I'm having to recreate data by hand these days and that's absolutely counter productive.

Update (2024): The app still does not provide an easy way to find recent conversations when opening a customer record (you have to tap multiple times). Still no unified place to see an email list. Update (fall 2023): you still don't have a simple place to check and reply to emails. You have to tab at least 5 times to get to conversations. Original: Key feature missing: A single place to check emails. You have to go to each individual , multiple taps to get to the last email.

Frustrating and time consuming. I could have manually typed in all 240 s and their information faster than ing an Excel file. Just when you think you have it perfect, only two s and the rest are ridiculous errors. I see the potential but not worth my time.

It's hard to recommend for a midsize or larger company. We're tiny with 6 s. Although they made many improvements to features, and UI in 2023, not a week goes by when I don't wish we'd have paid a for a better, more mature CRM. It's all pretty rough around the edges, and there's little I can do to make the UX one my sales team likes. We lose sales over resultant bare-minimum adoption. And bugs. Warning to devs: API changes w/o notice! They don't seem to know that's bad.

Platform is pretty all-inclusive, though a little counter-intuitive and klunky at times. But the one great thing is that the service and training included w/ subscription is unlike anything I've experienced with a SaaS platform of late--very thorough and there to help at any stage.

I've been using freshsales for over a year, I'm very happy with the software and Freshsales actually used our company as an example in their marketing campaign. The software is very easy to use and has really helped streamline our sales process.Their customer service is outstanding, their team are very helpfull and any questions I"ve had have been handled in a timely.

Service is great but the app isn't great. It would be great if you could use it like an inbox so you could see new messages from leads and customers. Right now, you have to know if someone sent you a message and go do a search for their profile to be able to see and respond to messages.
