As useless as you'd expect an app from DAA to be. It seems not to store your profile and, for most functions, just opens the default browser. You have to re-enter any booking reference each time the app invokes the browser. At least it's true to the brand values of being frustrating, unhelpful and uncoordinated....

What's the point in an airport information app, if it doesn't provide accurate information? Too often it fails to provide the latest status of a flight. It never provides the same information as Dublin Airport's departure and gate screens; not that they are much more accurate - often worst! This could be a good app and is useful when it works, but it can't be relied upon to tell you the right gate or departure time! Therefore it is useless, potentially dangerous, and best avoided; rather like the awful Dublin T1!

Staff exceptionally friendly I flew with aer lingus I have disabilities that make it hard to walk long distances the staff that met me off the plane were exceptionally kind and very helpful airport was busy had no trouble getting to where I needed to be for connecting flight

All relevant info present but delivered all at the same time -eg 3 bars of info on top of page with 2 more and the bottom resulting in only 3 flights being shown on screen. Lots & lots of scrolling which is hugely time consuming and very, very frustrating. Some gates not on terminal maps so while improved, there are still big issues that need fixing. Also no live departing flight info available eg flight boarding, gate closing etc etc. Useless app .. don't waste your time

I'm finding this app to be of little use for any flight delayed after midnight. it won't update after midnight and will only show the following day's first arrivals. You can't scroll back to the previous night's flights . For example if a flight is scheduled to land at 21.55 and is delayed until 02.30, you can't get an update on the app.after 24.00 ! Most frustrating for anyone relying on accurate, up to date flight information for meet and greet etc. please fix.

useless - the gate changed more than an hour before the app acknowledged the change. I was actually on the plane and taxying to the runway when the notification came through along with a 1 hour delay notification

Unreliable. App shows flight delayed by 30 minutes. Which is correct. But the tells me to go to gate one hour before departure !?! And it didn't show any delay anymore. Which was clearly wrong.
