Be careful with these guys specially out of the airport. I was travelling to Solna and although there's a fixed fare I was charged almost double, but the battery of the card machine was broken so the guy took me to the ATM so I could pay cash. Best part is that he gave me a discount for the trouble caused. Then he tells me his printer is also out of service. Probably even working unlicensed and pocketing the money. I was worried at one point about getting mugged. I should have called the police

Twice in a row the app says that a car has arrived, but there was no car and driver even didn't call, then the app starts searching for cars again. Very stressful, unreliable service. Also if you try to order kurir from the application to Arlanda airport, the price offered as 1025 kr, but the real tariff is 620 kr. Ripping off. I don't recommend this service.

Worst experience ever. Pre booked to avoid stress. 3 mins before the app notifies about car, the waiting 15 mins in vain and unable to see taxi in app, called switch that was equally useless. Ended up calling other cab company.

Very difficult to book a trip. Search feature only works if you're lucky. If I type in 'Norrköping c' it doesn't list Norrköping Centralstation, for example. If I type in a full address it sometimes won't find it until I remove the street number.

ed app to pre-book by a day for trip of 50km. Came back with message "no cars available" (for a normal weekday during biz hours). App looks great, seems to work well, but what's the point of you can't book a longer trip in advance?

Very bad app and drains the battery. Tried to book, keeps saying on the way. Can't cancel the trip have to call in. Tells me the cab been there and tried to call me. Use the app to get a fixed price. But call in or get a cab for the same price on the street.

Cancelled my trip to the airport 1 minute before the pickup time set by the app. Unreliable and unhelpful. Do not trust this app if need to be somewhere on time.
