To any Norwegian complaining about price. This app can't promise you a cheaper ride. They don't run the Taxi chain or their meters. Prices will never be a 100% set thing due to multiple factors. Yes, taking a Taxi is expensive but that's just how it is. I myself have a family member working in the buisness.

The app is fine, but the prices are not cheaper. In my case, Oslo taxi was cheaper for a few routes that I checked.

Var uheldig å bestilte til feil adresse, men ventetiden på å tok 15min og sjåfør tok ikke kontakt før han kansellerte turen. Når det ble prøvd bestilt ny tur kansellerte sjåfør turen et par min unna adressen han skulle hente. Ble låst i status "venter på bil" uten å kunne kansellere. Måtte vente i lang telefonkø før jeg nådde igjennom for å kansellere min egen bestilling. Prosessen tok 40minutter
