Very nice app, easy to use and works well. Only reason for 4 stars is twice now I've arrived at a bus stop that has been moved. Even though the bus stop had been moved quite some time ago, the app still shows it as being valid and uses it when you are bus hopping to plan your trip. Not good. Other than that, I really like it

Bus times are never the same on the app as they are in person. Wildly different experiences for some people, with bus tracking and live timetables only working for certain people/buses (I'm not one of these lucky people, and my bus is ALWAYS running late). Also if you're going anywhere, make sure you have the postcode, because looking up the location/street 95% wont work. Considering the amount we're paying for public transport these days, you'd think an app like this would run better.

Amazing experience, the app is extremely easy to utilise. It provides a great timetable and an easy to use map system, the tracking is amazing and the buses are very detailed.

A big improvement on the old app. Easy to manage regular or frequently used services and routes by adding to favourites. This is handy for monitoring any bus journeys by the live times whilst you're waiting or you can use the explore facility to find a nearby bus stop. However, the latest service updates should also be monitored through live social media as things can crop up that won't show on live times. Haven't used the ticketing services available on the app, so I can't comment on that bit.

Way more accurate than the live times at bus stops and the website. I kept meaning to make a complaint re buses leaving the stop early, live times inaccurate to not know whether to get a taxi instead and for relying on the live times so much when it stated the bus was actually going to turn up when it's so late it's the next bus or cancelled (especially when raining and/or really cold!)... Thankfully, relying on the bus to get to work is a lot less stressful with this new accurate tracking app.

It's come a long way since the earlier versions. I use it aaaalll the time because of its accurate timetables and live mapping. The new notification system when you're approaching your stop is great when you're in an unknown area. Would love "delete favourite stop" to have an "are you sure" pop-up as i delete mine all the time by accident but it's a minor inconvenience.

It would be really helpful to have a GPS tracker for the buses. I have get the 35 and it is so inconsistent with timings. I show up several minutes early to make sure I don't miss a service, but the bus has aleady gone 5 minutes earlier than scheduled. Either that or its really late. If you added a tracker, I could perhaps get from A to B on time every once I a while.

The app itself is decent; fairly accurate bus tracking, and can buy bulk tickets on your device for ease of access. The actual drivers, when they leave their trackers on, are either late (causing the tracker to need updating), or decide not to stop so they can catch up on their late schedules. TL;DR: Live in Cardiff? Get your own transport, it'll be less of a pain than relying on public transport.
