I would give this zero stars if I could. I made a reservation which I then needed to cancel. However, in order to cancel, you need to create an (if I can reserve without an , I should be able to cancel without one too). However, their registration page is totally broken and I was not able to sign up. In the end I had to call their . Far too much hassle. I will never use this company again.

In February, this company offered me a refund of my 'e-wallet', where your refunds for cancelled bookings go, without me asking. It's now November and I'm still waiting for the refund. They don't respond to e-mails - there are 47 e-mails in the thread and they've sent ten of them - and they haven't answered any of the questions I've asked them, including where my money has supposedly been sent and how much it is. There are much better companies you could use than this one. Avoid like the plague.

Classic American scamming, I rented a car through their website thinking i can skip all the searching for a provider and all the emails or phone calls, so i pay for the full coverage to keep my mind safe, (i have to mention here that i dont have credit card in Greece few people have credit cards), and when i arrived at the airport to pickup the car they tell me i have to make a safety deposit with a credit card, and the insurance listed on the website doesn't cover anything, Ruined my vacation

Every time you open the app you have to enter your details. No option to the details, no biometric option. Keeps freezing on profile tab

All the time I booked car thru this broker I got the problems. Very bad customers , only automatic email answers. The paid or prepaid insurance never has been accepted by the rental company - always I pay extra. In case the full coverage was paid to economycarrentals in Romania, for example, the car provider refused to accept it. The exaggerated sum of money (2700€) was blocked on my credit card, and the car was haven't any coverage. Don't use it, The company is not reliable at all.

Dont do it to yourself too good to be true charge you up front then you have to pay another 1000$ when you pick the car up and when I called they said all I had to pay was the pay now amount.. called them back the day after booking and all they wanted to do was argue on the call ask for a supervisor and they put you on hold and no one come back on

it is only after you book their so called free cancellation that you get to know about the ewallet and hastle to get refund back to actual credit card. how is this legal that im not given full info before buying?

Scammers!!!! Booked a car that was never available. As a matter of fact they were overbooked for the next 3 days. Customer service was zero help, only to forward me to an email. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was hung up on twice. It took 2 days for somebody to respond to that email and they said it would take another additional 5-28 days to respond. It's been well over 2 weeks with no refund so I was forced to dispute the transaction with my bank.
