Used the app for the first time a couple of weeks ago, ordered a taxi but the app crashed, didn't receive any call or text to say if a taxi was on it's way so started walking home, managed about half a mile and decided to call the taxi company, they sent me a cab, it was the same driver that I'd originally booked but they charged me an extra £7 to what was quoted on the app to pick me up half a mile further back. Won't be using again

Absolute nightmare to use now, can't pay by card in app, have to ask for a payment link, which never turns up, uninstalled as it's useless to me now, unless you get a driver that knows what he's doing then you can pay by scanning a qr code in the car, total waste of time having an app if you ant be bothered to make sure it works 😤😤

Up until the last couple of days this app worked great. For some reason it's suddenly stopped allowing me to pay using my card on the app. I don't generally keep cash around so it's made it very awkward to keep using. Hopefully it's a temporary problem that can be fixed 🤞

The points are for turning up and friendly drivers. Handy if you want a repeat journey for cash but won't let me use my card to book, and recently changed a return journey to 3 doors from my home address to my home address. Insult to injury, just offered £10 of booking by card! ! Sort it out

I thought using the app very easy,but when you order a taxi to an addresses it then skips to other addresses and you can't change so if you order a taxi it goes to the wrong address.

artificialy restricts taxis so that customers pay extra for "Q Jump". the app no longer takes card payments but I can't rate it any lower than what I had already

ed app spent ages trying to activate it. It will not accept confirmation code that was sent. Nor accept my mobile phone number. This needs sorting out

Happy to take your order and your money but you'll be luck if a driver turns up. Almost always late and no repercussions.
