I am beyond unhappy with this app. I needed a taxi in the Durham area to be able to get to something very important so I booked via the app weeks in advance and just now, the day before, I get a text saying its been cancelled. After calling about I find out for some reason it's been booked with a Newcastle based firm who won't do it as it's too far away. This has also meant that now, as I needed the taxi at a peak time I am unable to get one from any company. Don't use this, seriously just call.

Do not book through Pheonix. Used this app twice for school drop offs. App clearly showed our address and postcode but first time the driver was 2 towns away looking for a similar street name = late for school. Second time booked days in advance, taxi 10 mins late so gave the office a call to find out there's only one car in the area and he's doing another school drop off over 5 miles away! What about our drop off I booked a time for a reason, why accept the booking?? Shocking service!!

Usually great, but have been unable to book a car via the app as it always says "unavailable 😬" even when you can see there are available cars on the map! Please get this fixed Phoenix

Great for somebody who is bad using the phone like myself. Easy to set up and use but the accuracy of the map and pick up point needs a lot of work!

Had a booked appointment Cancelled on moment's after saying there on there way and leaving me standed for an hospital appointment..Very unprofessional, they should not let the drivers cancel pickup once it has been confirmed, else what is the point

Worked great before. But today it won't let me and when I try to reset my with the code it rejects the code so now unable to and unable to reset
