Have not been able to view trips or check in for flights for the last 2 weeks, repeatedly getting "incorrect server response" message in app. Have uninstalled and reinstalled to see if it resolves. Totally frustrating having to go to website and screenshot a paper boarding instead of having the QR code in app.

Worst ever app! Worse even than RayanAir one. When adding the port number, if you go off the screen to check the number, it resets the whole number, for example I did 4 digits and was looking for next 4 and the first one disappeared). Other lines seem to disappear too for no reason. Also, when booking the flight, if changing the airport it also changes the enger for some reason (from my mums [my travel companion on app] to mine [ owner]. Very annoying and not friendly at all.

Your payment system is an absolute disgrace, it's been a disgrace for about 2years and not getting better. Constantly failing to accept card details. I've entered them perfectly. I've tried multiple cards. I'm booking with Ryanair on this occasion. Fix your payment system.

Terrible mislabelling of fields and confusing options. a QA tester needs to have a good long look at this app and update it. examples: - requiring a country code AND prefix for a mobile number? - asks you to make sure port details are correct and then when you click check details it just shows you enger details fields instead of port details field (of which there is no option to input). Just lazily made and designed. do better.

DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINE EVER!!!!!!!Horrific app. No ability to make a complaint on any platform. I used them frequently but once I had a problem, I have found the worst ever customer service with literally no way to them. Cheap airline yes, but even other cheap airlines have some ethics.

Have app for 7yrs on my mobile without issues. In last 2 weeks app crashes on my phone when looking up my trips but have been able to book flights Same occurs on my spare phone after new app installed Have uninstalled,reinstalled and powered on/off several times with no improvement Am now unable to check flights I've booked ..aaaarrgh

Lots of defects. Unable to view boarding , when checking in shows checkin starts 3 days later after flight and not able to check in, does not keep TSA info and had to reenter when checking in at the airport. Hopefully they get some fixes pushed out soon because it's not worth the effort with it being so buggy.

This app is usually quite good but it's currently giving me problems. I'm trying to look at my flight details and when I click on the flight or My Trip I get the error message "Incorrect server response".
