The older version of the app was much better! I always planed my trips with it. Sort places I want to see and places I have visited. This was the most uesfull feature of all! Now it is gone! A shame! Please make this feature funktion again... Also better in the older version was, that I could set the language to german (other languages mabe too. I didn't try) now I can't do that and therefore it is not possible for the whole family to use the app... Please, reintroduce the older version again!!!

This app is not a good experience - without any sort of favourite feature, its pretty useless for planning a trip. And its buggy - if you're browsing on the map eventually it breaks and you cannot close one of the modals. Shame because national trust is a great org with great places to visit

The app got very downgraded from previous. You can't have your hip on it digital, you can't save any place you have been or want to go. It's a big downgrade. Don't bother ing it.When you look at places in the app, they pop up when you click on it, but they won't go off. So you end up closing the app to reopen again if you want to look at other places. Can't use it if your signal is weak. It's generally just very slow. Properties don't get updated, so you go, and it's closed.

It used to be such a good app, when you could as a member and save places you wanted to visit, the experience was excellent. Unfortunately, now the app is pretty pointless, you can't find locations and see events, but it is clunky and unappealing, and as a long time member, it has no real substance or use for me.

I have had various different Android phones over the years and none have been able to get the "Visit Mode Reminders" to work in the National Trust app, when turned on ? ... I think this might because if you go into the NT app and try and turn on notifications it's greyed out !! ... Also l note that with the major upgrade a few years ago you cannot save your visits to Estates anymore ... I note this is mentioned in the app ... This was a major step back in the apps usefulness and benefit .

A great app bar ONE extremely annoying bug - when you click on an icon on the map it reveals the details of an NT site - GREAT - but, you can't close it, so you can no longer see any properties nearby. Opening other icons just adds to the map being obscured. If you click somewhere else on the map, the details window should close. It doesn't tend to do it for the first icon opened, but does for subsequent icons. This bug should have been fixed ages ago!

Easy to find whats close and its details. Saved places has been removed, less useful now. I really liked to be able to easily see where I wanted to visit and where I'd been already. Also, careful how many places you click on, as the pop ups stay open and cover your screen so you can't see the map. Bring back the save/visited places and add a hip qr code so it doesn't matter if I havnt got my card with me. Not worth ing at the min.

Disappointed the very useful "My Places" feature has been removed. Amazing that in 2022 you still have rely on ing to take a physical hip card as the app doesn't have a virtual card! Another issue is that distances are shown 'as the crow flies'. This is totally irrelevant to planning a visit. Really not a great experience using the app.
