The app is easy to use and has been accurate in timing. However, the drivers for one of the routes I take to Jackson Hospital are horrible. They have literally flew by me on several different occasions. One day it happened 3 times in a row before I used a different way of transportation. The way they drive on this route is also wreckless. They curse and yell at the other vehicle's and traffic so as in a customer Service prospective it would be -5..all around just BAD on the (Overtown Route)

It's quite useless for someone that doesn't know the city. It won't show your location, allow you to select a destination and then show the route on the map. You have to know beforehand if an specific route serves you.

Straight up dumpster fire 🗑️ App doesn't integrate with MDC transit well, or the other million trolleys. GPS is straight toilet water. Not all trolleys visible on this app. Just busted interface, can't even connect to Google maps smh...

It would be great if it would be accurate with the tracker. Overall the drivers are so slowly. At some stops the stay at it for about 5 to 10 minutes (Omni, Brickell station...) They don't care about the time of the people.😔

First time , ed it twice and it just doesn't work at all. Takes forever to load and then it just freezes. As useless as a rubber nail.

great idea, terrible execution. app freezes, glitches when going from wifi to cellular network. inconsistent accuracy with real time locations or buses.

I ride the trolley every day to get to work...app is accurate but yet I'm sure the app could be better. I can always tracked my trolley on time to get to work. Cant complain. I like it. Still use it and its not useless.

Useless app. Doesn't track trollies that NEVER stay on schedule to Wynwood. Only shows where YOU are. May be a free service, but not worth it if they can't stay on time. They say it should be 15- 20mins intervel. Average is more like 2 hours if you're lucky. Horrible app and service.
